ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your
scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to check
in and prepare for your service. If you are delayed in
your arrival, please remember that your service will end at
its original time in consideration for the guests scheduled
after you. We are not responsible for inclement
weather, traffic delays or wrong directions.
COURTESY
We ask that all cellular phones be
turned off upon entry to the Spa to ensure tranquility and
respect to all our guests.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
A brief medical questionnaire will be
given to you at the time of check in for spa related
services. Please indicate any medical conditions or
disabilities that may be affected by your treatment such as
high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments or pregnancy.
GRATUITIES
Gratuity is NOT included in any of the
listed pricing. Group gatherings of any kind will have
a 20% gratuity added to the event.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations or changes must be made
at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If proper
notice is not received, appointments will be charged in
full. Spa packages require a 50% deposit upon
reservation. Cancellations for all packages and group
gatherings require a 72-hour notice. Failure to comply
will result in full payment.

All treatments, services and prices are
subject to change and are based upon availability.
THERAPISTS
AWESOME MASSAGE AND BODYWORK has both male and
female massage therapists. Should you have a specific
preference, please advise us upon making your appointment.
If preference is not specified at the time of booking then
we will book according to our availability. If a
client refuses a service they will still be charged in full.
